This is a 90mm hood for use on all B/D5L and B/D5LC heater

Blower cover

This cover seals the blower motor from the heat exchanger. Always change blower cover seal 25.1729.06.0001 when reassembling the heater

Heat exchanger seal

This heat exchanger seal should be replaced anytime the heater is diassembled and cleaned. Also order blower cover seal 25.1729.06.0001

Blower seal ring

This blower seal ring seals the blower motor casing to the blower motor housing.

Temperature sensor

This temp sensor is mounted on the heat exchanger closeset to the glow plug. This temp sensor has a blue wire harness. It fits all B5L/D5L/B5LC and D5LC heaters, but DOES NOT fit the Airtronic series heaters

Safety thermal cutout switch

Also known as the overheat switch, this switch shuts off the fuel metering pump and allows the heater to cool down in the case of an overheating situation. Example - restricted ducting, inlet or discharge.
