Atomizer

This atomizer is used to atomize the fuel air mixture for proper combustion. Always inspect this part. It is possible to crack due to high heat exchanger temps.

Coupling

This coupling connects the motor to the center section that houses the atomizer

Blower motor

This blower motor is a complete assembly used on the 25.1890 D8LC - 12 volt heater.

Overheat sensor w/cable

This overheat sensor w/cable monitors the temperature of the heat exchanger. If temp goes to high, or sensor malfunctions, the fuel metering pump is shut off and heater shuts down.

Temperature sensor

This temp sensor is mounted in the discharge hood of the heater. It also watches heater process air temps and automatically cuts to low if air temp gets too high (restrictive ducting)

Printed circuit board

This PCB fits under the heater cover and has connections for the various components. It is dual voltage. 12 + 24 volts
